Grammy-winning, multi-Platinum country music supergroup Little Big Town is giving fans an early holiday treat with their first-ever holiday album, The Christmas Record, dropping Oct. 4 via Capitol Records Nashville.

Members Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook have also released the first track from the record, “Christmas Night With You,” which is now available on all digital service providers.

“Ever since we started as a band, we have dreamed of making a Christmas record. We all love the traditions of the season and treasure the memories with our families,” says Westbrook. “For our 25th year together, we finally made that record. We wrote several original songs for the project and also recorded some of our favorites we’ve been singing together for years. We’re so proud of how it came together and hope the fans love it as much as we do.”

Produced by nine-time Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb, the 11-track record features renditions of beloved country tunes and merry original songs, from the opening track “Glow” to the closing number “Holiday.”

The latest album arrives just in time for the band’s 18-stop Take Me Home Tour, which commences in Greenville, South Carolina, on Oct. 24 and makes stops across the country with special appearances from Sugarland.

The group will also ring in the holiday joy with a two-hour NBC special, “Little Big Town’s Christmas at The Opry,” featuring surprise guests.

Just last month, the group celebrated its 25th anniversary with its first Greatest Hits album. The compilation pays homage to the quartet’s journey—and celebrates what is to come—with 12 genre-defying tracks and includes new collaborations with Kelsea Ballerini, Miranda Lambert and Sugarland.
