As the season of love returns to Music City, the area’s top bars, restaurants and travel destinations are celebrating with a lineup of awe-inspiring dining experiences, interactive pop-ups and exclusive menu offerings—sure to make you swoon. Here, we’ve rounded up the best spots to spend Valentine’s Day in Nashville.

Blue Aster

Treat your significant other to an unforgettable evening at The Conrad Nashville’s signature concept, Blue Aster. The eatery is offering a romantic four-course dinner curated by executive chef Andrew Rodriguez, complete with offerings like wagyu tartare, lamb ribs, duck and foie cigars, lobster risotto, beef cheek tagine, confit squash and more. The restaurant has also unveiled its premier Valentine’s Day cocktail, Love Song, which combines Toki Whiskey, strawberry-infused syrup, lemon juice, strawberry liqueur and egg whites, topped with a housemade chocolate guitar garnish. Italian dining destination Carne Mare is treating guests to an extravagant four-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu, which kicks off with a sparkling rosé toast and caviar service. The dinner for two includes premier specials like baked spumoni, wagyu beef tartare, espresso martinis and more, in addition to take-away treats and a dozen long-stemmed roses.
