As Nashville’s tomato-themed fête returns for its 21st year on Aug. 9 and 10, fruit and veggie fans nationwide are uniting to enjoy their favorite tomato-based foods and beverages. Jump-start your countdown to Music City’s Tomato Art Fest with these four innovative bloody marys.

Crafted with your preferred vodka, tomato juice, freshly grated horseradish, Worcestershire, hot sauce and a sprinkle of spices for that extra kick. Enjoy this brunch essential for $12. Ophelia’s Pizza + Bar

Italian eatery Ophelia’s takes a classic bloody mary to the next level with its Surf ‘N Turf bloody mary, a seafood-centric rendition of the tried-and-true favorite. The appetizer and beverage combo is garnished with a meatball, thinly sliced prosciutto-wrapped fior di latte, shrimp, four cheese-stuffed peppadew peppers, celery and olives. Ophelia’s Pizza + Bar’s Surf ‘N Turf bloody mary is available Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. through 4 p.m., priced at $26. Reservations can be made here.

Fine dining destination Stationairy is shaking things up with its newly debuted bloody mary bar. Start by selecting your vodka of choice and create your custom beverage with the eatery’s selection of high-caliber hot sauces, veggies, mixes and toppings. Stationairy Nashville’s bloody mary bar is available on Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations can be made here.
STK Steakhouse

The Gulch’s chic, contemporary steakhouse, STK, serves everything from fine cuts of beef to fresh seafood, and its “Marvelous Mary” is not to be missed. Classic elements of the fan-favorite beverage like Zing Zang bloody mary mix, Ketel One, celery and a Tajin rim meet innovative add-ons like blue cheese olives, pickles, peppers and bacon—for the perfect blend of salty and savory with an extra kick. STK Steakhouse’s spicy bloody mary is available Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations can be made here.
