Silver Lyan is an underground cocktail bar in the historic banking vault at Riggs Washington DC. The landmark opened as Riggs National Bank in 1891 and handled the financial affairs of over 20 U.S. presidents, including Abraham Lincoln, Dwight D. Eisenhower and Richard Nixon.
