Featured courses at Mimo Restaurant and Bar’s dinner, hosted in partnership with the Nashville Symphony

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville’s upscale flagship eatery Mimo Restaurant and Bar is partnering with the Grammy Award-winning Nashville Symphony to host an evening of Italian-inspired fare and classical music.

Held on Nov. 11, the event features a curated four-course dinner presented by sous chef Nicky Miscia, fine wines selected by assistant restaurant general manager Stephanie Dumont, and a live performance from Nashville Symphony musicians featuring contemporary and classical works.

“We are delighted to partner with the Nashville Symphony for this unique event,” says Mathieu Pinsard, assistant food and beverage director at the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. “This dinner encapsulates the essence of what both Mimo and the Nashville Symphony represent—extraordinary experiences that honor the artisans and creatives of Nashville.”

To kick off the culinary experience, guests can enjoy a round of antipasto, including burrata pugliese with Wellfleet oysters, Osetra caviar, fennel emulsion and dill paired with Ferrari Brut.

The first course features the eatery’s signature handmade pasta, with the choice of either the Baccala Mantecato Ravioli, stuffed with a whipped cod filling and topped with lemon and parsley, paired with Jermann Pinot Grigio, or the Gnocchi Alla Zucca with a sweet amaretti cookie crumble, aged Balsamico di Modena and sage, accompanied by Girlan Chardonnay.

Following this, guests can choose between two second-course offerings: Chantel Farm Nebbiolo-braised short ribs with Anson Mills polenta, roasted porcini mushrooms and gremolata paired with Villa Antinori Chianti, or diver scallops with celery root, guanciale and brown butter paired with Chablis William Fevre.

The four-course experience is priced at $150. Reservations are available from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations can be made through OpenTable or by calling the restaurant at 615.610.6990. Guests that dine can enjoy up to three hours of complimentary valet through the hotel.
