Kase, the new 14-seat omakase restaurant from the team behind Noko opens Dec. 13. Crafted by Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo, Kase’s menu features a rotating selection of nigiri, hand rolls, and more, with seafood flown in daily from around the world (Japan, Hawaii, Spain, New Zealand, etc.). Before or after dining at Kase, guests can grab a drink at the intimate four-seat cocktail bar inspired by Tokyo’s cocktail lounges of yesteryear.
