This newly debuted female-owned and operated Five Points fitness club is shaking things up with a community-oriented mission centered around inclusivity and an array of courses welcome to all fitness levels. Founded by fitness enthusiasts Abby Flittner, Dylan Jenkins and Shawna Neel, the club offers over 25 classes per week, including rhythm-based cycle, strength and sculpt classes.

Body & Ballet Collective is Music City’s first ballet-inspired fitness center and one of the few of its kind nationwide. Offering physical therapist-approved, low-impact workouts designed and taught by professional ballerinas, the classes blend classical ballet conditioning with modern fitness techniques to hone in on strength, balance, flexibility and posture.

Fitness center BodyRok has remained a prominent player in Nashville’s workout scene since 2022. Now, a soon-to-open location in River North will bring the center’s signature energy-boosting, metabolism-fueling workout to a 1,400-square-foot studio space in the East Bank later this year, joining existing locations in Gulch, Green Hills, Sylvan Supply and Brentwood. The 45-minute BodyRok Sculpt class combines strength training and Pilates, using a high-tech reformer to tone muscles with low-impact movements.
